In the U.S., can a low-income person receive access to high-quality care

I would say the answer is ''yes" because of health insurance you can get benefits of dental, vision, and health care. Even if that person has a low income that person would still be able to access the high quality care through their health insurance. Think of it like this: if you get into a car accident in your car your insurance covers it and helps give you the money to fix your vehicle works the same way with people but they have health insurance.
