Here the expression is 11 to the second power over 1331 .

Which can be expressed as

[tex] \frac{11^2}{1331} [/tex]

And 1331 is the cube of 11, that is

[tex] \frac{11^2}{11^3} [/tex]

In case of division , we have to use quotient rule and subtract the powers, that is

[tex] 11^{2-3} = 11^{-1} [/tex]

Now we need to make the power positive and for that we have to flip the term. That is

[tex] \frac{1}{11} [/tex]
