given,f(x) = 4x^4 - 2x^3 + x^2 + 3x - 15---------------------------------(i)

to find f(5)

when x=5 then (i) becomes

f(5)=4*5^4 -2*5^3 + 5^2 +3*5-15

f(5)=2500-250+25+15-15

f(5)=2275
