1g/ml = 1000 kg/m³

Explanation:

The difinition of density is mass per volume.

⇒So you have 5 grams of water which occupies a volume of 5 milliliters. This gives us : 5g / 5ml = 1g/ml

In Si- units 1g/ml = 1000kg/m³
