You will use the equation y=mx+b.

M is the slope and b is the y-intercept.

So since we already have both, all we have to do is plug it in.

y= - 2/3 -7.

Hope this helps!

Since we have the y-intercept and the slope of the line, let’s use slope-intercept form:

y = mx + b, where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.

y = -2/3x - 7
