The correct answer of the given question above as to how the principle of federalism connected to the idea of limited government is that power is divided between the state and federal governments. Just like for example, in the federal government, they are in charge of the military and federal taxes. On the other hand, the state government has the responsibility in state taxes, marriage laws and drivers' license.
