One of a kind: a poem

I saw

The hate, pain you caused

the look you gave me

that very night.

I wondered

what did i do

to deserve this

Wondering

why I was so different

Could I be "normal"

could I choose

to be the same

as everyone else.

No

I think not

I now realise

My imperfrctions

Make me

Perfect.

I see myself as beautiful, kind, smart,

and one of a kind.
