Translation of function is :

[tex]x\rightarrow x-6[/tex]

At any point for x is translat for B is x=2 then :

[tex]\begin{gathered} x^{\prime}=x-6 \\ x^{\prime}=2-6 \\ x^{\prime}=-4 \end{gathered}[/tex]

For point x=4

[tex]\begin{gathered} x^{\prime}=x-6 \\ x^{\prime}=4-6 \\ x^{\prime}=-2 \end{gathered}[/tex]

So x - coordinates in the translation:

[tex]=x-6[/tex]
