It is 21. Seven 1/7th's makes 7/7 which equals one. So multiply 7x3 and that is 21.

This is the same as asking what 3 ÷ 1/7 is, and to divide whole numbers by fractions, you flip the second fraction and multiply. This makes the problem 3/1 × 7/1, which just equals 21 which is your answer. I hope this helps!
