The source of lipids that should be substituted for saturated fats in order to aid in lowering the blood cholesterol levels would be the canola oil. It is one of the oils that has the lowest amount of saturated fats which could block vessels that would result to a higher blood pressure. The use of such oil would decrease the risk of heart diseases.
