Chimpanzees DO have the capacity to learn languages because chimpanzees are already being used in foreign countries as medical aids and assistants in most businesses and know basic computer functions if enough training is used. Therefore, their thought process is much more higher or about the same as humans and their problem solving as skills. All in all, chimpanzees can learn languages.
