What is prohibited in a command economy?

Command economy is the economy in which the government controls the market, that is the government controls the production, prices, incomes and it decides where the investments will be made. What is prohibited here are two things:
-The first thing is that there is no personal ownership of the personal property
-The second thing is that the consumer, that is the demand of the consumers plays no role in the command market and it is prohibited.
